Position Overview:
A leading construction company based in Egham is seeking a reliable Labourer to support their team on projects. The candidate must hold a valid CSCS card and will ideally have a UK driving license. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-site tasks, including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and preparing job sites.
- Support tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, and other skilled workers by providing tools and materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all debris and hazards are removed from the site.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Perform basic construction tasks as directed, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Labourer in a construction setting.
- Valid CSCS card (mandatory).
- Full UK driving license (desirable).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.
