The Human Resources Department seeks a labor manager to support the company's growth from a workforce management perspective. This role involves overseeing monthly labor operations, coordinating with external partners and affiliated social and labor consultants to improve processes, and finding new, effective ways to achieve our goals.Since this position may involve interacting with overseas teams, candidates interested in English communication will have opportunities to engage in these tasks, although it’s not a requirement.Responsibilities•Manage team members•Oversee attendance tracking•Prepare payroll calculations (actual calculations are outsourced)•Handle onboarding and offboarding processes•Process work visa applications•Manage salary adjustments for international assignments•Coordinate assessments and performance reviews•Provide support for employees on leave•Gather information on social insurance procedures (outsourced to an external partner)•Oversee health and safety operations (e.g., industrial physician interviews, health committee meetings, health screenings)•Address employee inquiries (with specialist support from a social and labor consultant if needed)About Us In our eight years since establishment, we’ve expanded to over 15 countries and employ more than 1,500 people. As our business grows rapidly, so do the demands in HR and labor management, requiring adaptability and communication across departments. This dynamic setting is ideal for those who enjoy change and can respond proactively to evolving situations.Our Japanese team often serves as a foundation for our HR and labor systems, and there’s potential for involvement in the design of global systems. Additionally, if interested, you can leverage language skills like English to support communication with international teams.
求められる経験
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
•Work experience in a company with 50 or more employees
•Strong interpersonal skills, able to respond thoughtfully to employee inquiries
•Proactive in gathering necessary information to find effective solutions
•Adaptable and able to adjust methods based on changing situations
•Proficiency in basic functions of Excel/Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
•Interest in working for a venture company
•Enthusiasm for working in a global environment
•Interest in communicating in English
