Area of Responsibility
- Perform independently complex, routine and non-routine laboratory activities including compound raw materials based on formula for daily projects & sample preparation for customer
- Identify common problems/issues encountered.
- Keep daily record and appropriate documentation on all laboratory work performed.

- Manage stock of lab supplies & raw material as well as storage of samples prepared and maintain clean and well organized laboratory/work place
- Independently operate standard equipment/procedures to the required level.
- Assure compliance of HS&E procedures and proactively contribute to the improvement of lab safety.
- Independent and efficient use of all internal tools for data collection/recording and administration.
- Maintain awareness of technology and issues affecting own job.
Position Qualifications
- Background:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Chemistry
- Experience:A minimum 2 years’ lab experience in savory food, flavor or food ingredients industries
- Specific Knowledge:
* Good command of English, both oral and written
* Computer literate in MS office software
