- Ensuring support calls that have been escalated are dealt with in a professional manner and within the designated Service Level Agreements (SLA) keeping the Helpdesk and Client updated at all times
- Act as a technical mentor for 1st and 2nd line engineers
- Provide 3rd Line support for all customers via phone, email, remote capability or face-to-face, undertaking in-depth diagnosis
skills and experience required
- Proven experience of at least 3-4 years of experience end user technology including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Okta, and Windows 7/8/10 desktop
- Strong knowledge of Windows Servers is a good advantage
- Must have good English communication and interpersonal skills and able to talk to customers at different levels
