your role:
Compliance topics are at the heart of Airbus culture. The mission of the “Business Development Compliance & AML” team is to spread this culture within the Finance community in Airbus Divisions and Subsidiaries, make sure that the Finance Compliance processes (incl. KYC) are applied and become part of the Airbus Finance community
DNA. As KYC Analyst you will manage the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in which Finance is a key player.
Role description:
Perform on-boarding of existing customers
Understand the KYC policy and the role of Finance within this process
Analyse customer’ s corporate / shareholder structure to identify ultimate beneficiaries
Analyse customer financials to detect possible unusual financial profile
Analyse origin of funds
Be the interface of the Airbus business units for collecting customer information
Work closely with the Airbus subsidiaries to support their KYC screenings
Escalate to the KYC central team the customers presenting red flags or high risk profile
Properly document and archive KYC documentation
Provide regular and structured reporting to the KYC central team
Manage customers’ alerts
Monitor and handle customer alerts within Compliance Catalyst tool (the KYC supporting tool) in a timely manner
Escalate to the KYC central team any customers alert presenting red flags.
If you have:
Bachelor level degree in Finance or Anti-bribery & corruption with at least 3 years of experience in KYC/AML or credit rating activities in a financing institution.
A double Finance & Legal background would be a plus
Digital tool usage appetite
Knowledge of Google suite tools (Gmail, Slides, Sheet …) or Microsoft equivalent
Good organizational skills
Able to flexibly react to changing priorities, demands and timelines
Proactive and willing to take responsibility
Able to prioritise, take initiative, work under pressure, be persistent in goal-achievement and meet deadlines
Committed to deliver high quality and go the extra mile
Diplomacy and discretion
Possess empathy and intercultural awareness
Demonstrate assertiveness with internal clients
High standard of professional English language (spoken and written). English is a must; knowledge of French / German / Spanish would be a plus
Full mastery of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
