experience
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrungen mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
