Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum, ensuring that all pupil's are engaged and challenged.
- Regularly assess pupil's progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupil's feel valued and supported.
- Create and utilise a variety of teaching resources and materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational developments.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate pupil's.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Patience and empathetic
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Good knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
