Job Description:
Randstad education is seeking a motivated and hardworking KS2 Teacher to join a wonderful primary school based in Hertford on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and will play a key role in helping pupils prepare for their next steps in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and respected.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to effectively engage students in their learning.
- Assess and monitor the progress of pupils, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the school and its pupils.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working as a Teacher, preferably within a UK primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the British curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
