Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, comprehensive lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 students, ensuring all pupils are challenged and supported.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive school community and collaborative learning environment.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the broader school culture.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 in a UK-based primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective classroom management techniques.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
