Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the needs of Key Stage 1 students, ensuring a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional development of students.
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, encouraging active participation and curiosity.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of each child.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and nurturing educational environment.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities, contributing to the school community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (or the equivalent UK recognised qualification)
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting, within the UK.
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
• The ability to implement effective teaching strategies and differentiate learning to all learners.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching young children and a commitment to their academic and personal growth.
