Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupil's.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and engagement.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning needs of pupil's.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to provide updates on pupil progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this)
- Good knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
