- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kostenrechnung und Controlling, idealerweise in einem Produktionsunternehmen
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe betriebliche Abläufe und Zusammenhänge
- Exzellente Fähigkeiten in Kommunikation, Moderation und Problemlösung sowie eine hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, zielorientierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
