athletes and lead the band & business. It is our role to drive seasonally and lead daily. You will
temporally support the integrated brand strategy for Kids and activate against Kids Sport dimensions

We are looking for a brand professional, who is a strong self-leader and capable to drive projects from A to Z. Strong communication skills and able to work with multiple departments in a complex organization

plans is important to be successful in this role.
You will be responsible for developing, leading and coordinating a complete marketing plan through
product, services and experiences for kids (and their parents) that drives our brand strategy.
As the EMEA KIDS BM Senior Professional you are part of the EMEA Consumer Construct Marketing
Team, reporting directly to the Kids Marketing Director.
- Brand Management - Lead and drive the development and timely execution of seasonaland daily Marketing Plans. Proven ability to collaborate, to build, develop and inspireteams;
- Consumer Journeys - Be able to understand & apply consumer behavior and apply thatto build cohesive full funnel led plans across Nike’s full marketing channel mix;
- Experience applying standard methodologies and learning from the marketplace, consumer, business to improve the plans;
- Enterprise thinking. Foster effective teamwork and supports team decisions andpromote team spirit is crucial to be successful;
- Experience/High Interest in working with communities, collaborating with SCI andinterest in purpose driven marketing a plus;
- Modern Consumerist - Ensure the member & product innovation is at the forefront of all planning and execution. Demonstrate an understanding of our youngest consumers andtheir caretakers;
- Relocation NOT available. Must be located at NL, able to work at EHQ in 3/2 workmodel.
what will you do
As EMEA Brand Marketing Senior Professional you will be assigned to Kids where you are responsible for
our core consumer, generation alpha, but also serving the Empowering Grown-Up on our Nike
Ecosystem. You’ll be working on how we bring products to market, how we integrate our proposition
and work with other stakeholders to help bring our plans to life.
- Contribute to the culture of partnership and collaboration across core & extended team;
- Drive seasonal marketing campaigns (Adult CC integration & Kids Distinct) in service ofbrand & business priorities, coordinating across teams to drive efficiency & alignment;
- Work closely with the Mens/Womens consumer construct FOP teams on key innovationlaunches and sport/consumer moments for a strong Kids’s integration;
- Develop consumer centric and innovative ideas that elevate Nike’s brand presence inservice of younger consumer & families;
- Shepherd the creative process of seasonal stories from brief though launch & driving thelearning agenda.
