As a Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), you will play a crucial field-based role within the business unit, leading the advocacy program for our disease areas and products. Acting as a strategic partner, the TLL will leverage their deep expertise in these areas to develop business strategies that enhance the company's reputation and trust.Key Responsibilities:- Advocacy Program Leadership:Drive results through advocacy programs by engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs), identifying key external experts (KEEs), and building lasting relationships with current and future KEEs, ensuring cross-functional alignment.- Neurology Strategy Execution:Collaborate with KEEs to promote the correct positioning and use of products, ensuring their widespread dissemination and adoption. This involves activities like one-on-one engagements, speaker development, commercial advisory boards, and speaker-related initiatives.- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and other departments to align strategies and messaging.- Commercial Speaker Program Support:Assist the sales team in planning and executing company's Commercial Speaker Program (CSP).1. Identifying Key External Experts (KEEs): - Identify KEEs using criteria such as academic roles, membership in guideline committees, disease expertise, publications, and clinical practice. - Maintain and share the KEE list with marketing, medical, and sales teams.2. KEE Engagement: - Establish engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), primarily KEEs. - Facilitate communication and relationship-building opportunities with targeted HCPs, providing relevant information.3. Developing Advocates: - Support the appropriate use of the company products by developing KEEs through an understanding of disease and product strategies. - Select potential advocates from the KEE list based on criteria such as publications and prescribing behaviors. - Provide advocates with marketing strategies and key messages, and conduct regular assessments. - Organize and conduct one-on-one meetings and advocate workshops to continue developing advocates.4. Advocacy Activities: - Disseminate core stories and key messages aligned with marketing strategies nationwide with trained advocates. - Plan and execute initiatives such as TV symposiums and roundtable discussions to effectively spread brand positioning to target physicians. - Evaluate the impact of advocacy activities by measuring changes in HCPs' perceptions and prescribing behavior.5. Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share information and align strategies. - Work closely with sales, marketing, and medical teams to ensure consistent messaging and support to HCPs.6. Compliance and Leadership: - Ensure adherence to company compliance policies and regulatory requirements. - Monitor compliance in HCP engagements and minimize reputational and legal risks by following ethical and legal guidelines.
