Objetivo del cargo:
Ampliar y gestionar una cartera de clientes en constructoras regionales y nacionales, garantizando el crecimiento del negocio en las zonas asignadas.

Principales funciones:

Gestionar relaciones estratégicas con constructoras en las regiones asignadas.
Realizar cotizaciones, propuestas comerciales y cumplir con objetivos de ventas en volúmenes y márgenes.
Desarrollar estrategias comerciales y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave (KPIs).
Manejar herramientas de gestión comercial, como CRM (deseable experiencia en Salesforce).

Requisitos:

Título en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil, Construcción Civil o similar.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el sector de materiales de construcción.
Manejo de Excel, PowerPoint, Word y SAP.
Licencia clase B al día y vehículo propio.

Ubicación: Residencia preferentemente en Los Ángeles o en zonas cercanas, desde Chillán hasta Angol.
