* Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector (Preferably from ISP/Telecom). Industry Experience in Selling ILL to SMB enterprises is highly preferred
* Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
* Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.
* Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of telecom and technology products and services, especially wireline and Internet Leased Line (ILL) solutions and Wi-Fi networking
* Ability to understand and discuss technical product specifications and requirements with clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
* Proven ability to negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
* Strong relationship-building skills to maintain and grow key client accounts.
* Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Prior experience of working on CRM is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly excel handling experience is beneficial. Locations

* Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.
* Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting customers' evolving needs.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.
* Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
