- Drive O+O Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales across online and offline channels.
- Maximize Trade Investment: Optimize trade investments, negotiate impactful promotions, and secure prime shelf space.
- Lead Account Management: Manage key accounts, drive annual sales targets, and resolve trade issues effectively.
- Market Insights & Collaboration: Provide market intelligence and recommendations, collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of fmcg experience in the beauty/skincare/personal care industry.
- Experience managing chain pharmacy channels (Guardian preferred).
- Adaptable and ambitious individual.
