about the job
This role reports directly to the Sales Director and is a expansion role as the business is expanding in 2025!
Job Scope:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the company's revenue growth in the convenience store chain and petrol mart (PCVS)
- Identify and prioritise key accounts and retail partners, and build and maintain relationships with key partners to drive sales and secure promotional opportunities
- Negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and sales teams with convenience store and petrol mart partners, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with company objectives
- Analyse sales statistics to assess the potential for business growth in the PCVS channel
- Collaborate with Branding & Marketing to develop and implement promotional strategies to stimulate sales
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience
- Candidates with Key Account experience on the PCVS channel will be an added advantage
- Open to candidates with only petrol mart or only convenience mart experience or other channel experiences
