the role
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, manage budgets, and ensure maximum return on investment for key hypermarket/supermarket accounts.
- Develop tactical plans to meet sales and merchandising objectives, negotiate trading terms, and maintain optimal product distribution and shelf presence.
- Collaborate with retailers to achieve channel and brand plans, optimize promotional investments, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Lead and coach the sales team, fostering a high-performing environment and ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of fmcg sales or key account management experience.
- Experience managing hyper/super channels is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented individual.
