experience
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb, Marketing oder Lebensmittelmanagement.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder Vertrieb, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittelbranche und mit internationaler Vertriebserfahrung.
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit internationalen Märkten, Kenntnis kultureller Unterschiede und die Fähigkeit, erfolgreich international zu verhandeln.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.
