This Key Account Manager role is part of a succession plan. It will be an individual contributor role, with a future to lead the sales team. You will be assigned to work with customers such as food manufacturers, chain hotels, food warehouses, cafes, etc
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Key Accounts porfolio, ensuring delivery of objectives in terms of growth and exceeding the budget target
- Develop customer specific strategies and strong relationships with customers to get deep, high and wide into their organization.
- Manage portfolio of existing clients, leading customer negotiations and reviews, including contractual terms and conditions, KPI’s, pricing and product mix management, and contract renewals.
- Work very closely with field teams to ensure commitment delivery at every Key Accounts as per agreed contractual KPI's.
- Responsible for prospecting new customers and interfacing with existing customers to ensure an on-going partnership is developed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business-to-business field sales environment.
- Past pest elimination experience is an added advantage
- Leadership experience in managing a team of minimum 5 headcounts
