Regularly visit customers to manage sales commitments, oversee order processing, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor product performance and competitor trends, providing support by resolving trade issues and ensuring full stock availability.
Plan and execute in-store promotions, offering post-campaign evaluations and sales analysis for improvement.
Assist Key Account Managers in negotiating promotions, business reviews, and trading terms for pharmacy chains and key accounts.

the experience

Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of key account management experience in FMCG (beauty/skincare/personal care preferred).
Experience managing pharmacy channels.
Strong technical and communication skills.
