the role
- Regularly visit customers to manage sales commitments, oversee order processing, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor product performance and competitor trends, providing support by resolving trade issues and ensuring full stock availability.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, offering post-campaign evaluations and sales analysis for improvement.
- Assist Key Account Managers in negotiating promotions, business reviews, and trading terms for pharmacy chains and key accounts.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of key account management experience in FMCG (beauty/skincare/personal care preferred).
- Experience managing pharmacy channels.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
