key responsibilities
- Je behandelt inkomende gesprekken op een efficiënte manier
- Je hebt een grote focus op de globale kwaliteitsservice
- Je helpt en adviseert bij de voorbereiding van zendingen
- Je behandelt de tracing aanvragen op een effectieve en commerciële manier
- Je bent degene waar onze Key Accounts ten alle tijde op kunnen rekenen
- Je doet er alles aan om de feedback naar klanten toe snel en correct te laten verlopen
- Je vindt voor alles snel een oplossing

Medior
qualifications
- Je hebt een minimum een Secundair diploma op zak
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring op de klantendienst
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en je kan zelfstandig werken
- Je bent zeer klantgericht en organisatorisch ingesteld
- Je bent commercieel en pro-actief ingesteld
- Een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels is een must
