- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to acquire national key account, i.e. Sam's, Metro, Costco, etc.
- Identify and pursue opportunities within the local key account and convenience store sector.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key account holders and distributors.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop sales plans and targets for key accounts and distribution channels. Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Stay informed about competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for key accounts and distribution channels effectively.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven experience in sales or Key accounts management within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Experience in managing national and local key accounts.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience of developing a business from scratch or entrepreneurial experience is preferred
