your tasks
- reacting quickly and efficiently to all bottlenecks in the process of supplier invoice processing,
- maintaining strong working relationship with key suppliers,
- process improvement: continuously finding ways of improving internal procedures and processes to reduce transactional costs and processing times of supplier invoices and queries,
- managing all vendor-related queries,
- collecting Debit balances and Duplicate payment recovery,
- solving ad-hoc issues and urgent payment requests,
- managing account statements to drive account reconciliations,
- handling inquiries e.g. dealing with PO-related, invoice, and payment related inquires.
what we expect
- very good English language (C1),
- very good Dutch language,
- previous experience in sales support, customer support, and other related,
- basic knowledge of Accounts Payable is an asset,
- knowledge of SAP is an asset,
- openness to cooperation with other people,
- proactive and supportive approach,
- excellent communication and cooperation skills,
- ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently.
