We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer (L1) for a top global company, a leader in providing business services and solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and support users by solving technical issues following best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and chat, according to established priorities.
- Troubleshooting technical issues adhering to internal procedures (SOP).
- Accurately documenting incidents managed.
- Collaborating with the team to resolve complex cases.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Availability for shift work (including nights and weekends).
- Experience in customer service, IT support, or similar fields (preferred).
- Advanced English (C1) and German (C1)
