Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and chat, according to established priorities.
• Troubleshooting technical issues adhering to internal procedures (SOP).
• Accurately documenting incidents managed.
• Collaborating with the team to resolve complex cases.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Availability for shift work (including nights and weekends).
• Experience in customer service, IT support, or similar fields (preferred).
• Advanced English (C1) and French (C1)
