An exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to step into an advisory role and join a well-established, supportive HR team. You'll collaborate closely with the team’s HR Business Partners and HR Manager to help achieve key business initiatives. This is a 7-month fixed-term contract.
Your responsibilities
- Assess hiring needs, manage recruitment timelines, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Work closely and support the HR businesses partners
- Distribute engagement surveys, gather and analyse data to identify trends
- Perform personnel file checks to ensure compliance.
- Advise and coach on employment conditions, policy interpretation, and performance management
- Conduct and review exit interviews, identifying trends as needed
What you need to exceed
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment and team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
