Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 1 support for CCTV, camera systems, and general IT incidents.
• Respond to and triage support tickets through email and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with end-users to address technical concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Perform remote troubleshooting with occasional on-site support for installations.
• Maintain and update records of support interactions and resolutions.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and offer backup assistance as needed.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
1. One (1) years' experience in implementation, supporting, troubleshooting and documenting software and hardware solution and issues;
2. One (1) years' experience with end user software and hardware support, help desk support, help line support, and application support;
3. One (1) years' experience in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Microsoft productivity tools, printer support, hardware peripherals, mobile device support;
4. One (1) years' experience with ITSM based ticketing tools such Remedy, Service Now, OTRS, HEAT, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Experience with security camera systems such as Milestone and Indigo, experience with physical security systems such as Lenel and Commend, experience with mobile radio devices such as Bell PTT;
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels;
3. Strong customer service skills and team work skills; and 4. Ability to work with minimal direction.
