Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Conduct financial analysis and assist with audits.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting (internships or part-time roles are acceptable).
Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
