Responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Manage email and phone communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Organize and prepare for meetings
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Work, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to prioritize tasks, manage calendars and coordinate meetings
- Strong typing/data entry and problem-solving skills
