Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
•Work with process Engineer and participate in the efforts to improve Quality, and productivity, maximize efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
•Work with the production team on setup for different products
•Troubleshoot production issues and participate in setting adjustments to ensure the product is being produced as per quality standards.
•Work with the production team on any setting adjustments required during production to improve quality/ efficiency Analyze product results and create a summary report
•Check and order tools and equipment related to production
•Diagnose and solve process/ Quality related issues.
•Monitor all production runs and collect required data
•Liaise with Supervisor and maintenance team members when work exceeds the scope of knowledge/ experience
•Participate in all training required to effectively and safely perform Preventative Maintenance duties.
•Guide team with all production-related duties including cleaning and TPM of equipment
•Create work orders using Breton PLC and maintain Breton Supervisor system
•Support Raw Material checks when required
•Support Development Department for new product
•Any other duties as required
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
•Minimum 1-2 years of experience within Manufacturing.
•A Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering background is required
•Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
•Mechanical aptitude
•Detail-oriented and proactive approach to troubleshooting
•Experience working with SAP
•Must be able to work a 3-shift rotation
