• Assist the Site General Manager and other department managers about HR matters in line with business objectives with the HR Director (Business Partnering)• Implement and execute staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level (Talent and Organization Development)• Support the HR Director with preparation of People Development processes (People Development; annual performance review, objectives setting, people review)• Based on annual performance review results and discussions with management team, build the training plan for Japan organization, coordinate training sessions’ organization locally, manage training nomination process with our Corporate University, follow-up KPIs and training budget (Training)• Day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, etc. (HR Operations)• In charge of monthly and annual HR Reporting processes (HR Controlling; headcounts evolution forecast, monthly HR KPIs, budget, annual social report, etc.)• Support HR projects including Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) as per needs or requests (HR Projects)• Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the company's Excellence System with the HR Director (Employee Engagement)• Report relevant HR information to the relevant Business Group/Division• Support FCM Koriyama plant and FCM Rayong plant in terms of HR activities
求められる経験
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR function within an industrial environment or international company
Skills and competencies:
• A good knowledge of payroll and labor law in Japan
• Familiarity with HR information systems and operations
• International mindset
• Results orientation
• Strong written and oral communications skills
