key responsibilities
As a Java Solutions Architect & Tech Lead, you will design cutting-edge solutions and guide development teams to success. This role combines advanced technical expertise with leadership, enabling you to craft scalable architectures and deliver impactful results. More specifically your duties will be the following:
- design and implement scalable, robust Java-based solutions to meet complex business needs.
- lead and mentor development teams, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- analyze functional requirements, define task breakdowns, and assign responsibilities across the team.
- ensure alignment between technical solutions and organizational objectives.
- collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- drive adherence to best practices in architecture, coding, and project delivery.

qualifications
- 5+ years Java development experience
- advanced knowledge in Java Technologies (J2EE, Spring, XML Parsing, JDBC, Web Services)
- experience with Relational database (SQL Server) and ORM layers (Hibernate)
- knowledge in writing and consuming SOAP and Rest Web Services
- familiarity system frameworks like Git and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- degree in IT or related field
- fluency in english
- military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
