Take part in agile development procedures such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Establish thorough functional and technical software requirements to guarantee lucidity and congruence with project goals.
To maintain performance and reliability criteria, test apps thoroughly and maintain them continuously.
Develop in-depth knowledge of your clients' companies and sectors, then use this knowledge to spot and seize fresh chances for innovation and development.
Work closely with clients and superiors to cultivate strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.
Stay updated with new developments in software development and emerging technologies, and suggest creative ways to enhance our processes and products.

requirements

Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in Software Engineering or Business IT management
Proficiency in one or all of the programming languages: HTML / CSS / JavaScript
Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT-N3 and above only)
Experience with Scrum or Agile development methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
