about the company Our client, an esteemed biotechnology company, is on the lookout for a Customer Service Executive based in Singapore to remotely support their expanding operations in Japan. about the job
- PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
- Coordinate with purchasing & production departments on schedule arrangements
- Weekly re-schedule report to customers
- Provide costing to sales person on new projects
- Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
- Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
- Process Customer’s orders until delivery in accordance with the order processing system (IFS system)
- Maintain Filing System of all Sales and Stocks related documents
- Assist in Financial Audit and Stock Count Exercise
skills and experience required
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent
- Min 3 years working experience in a customer service role
- Understand and hands on Order to Cash Business Process
- Good knowledge of imports-exports procedures, customs formalities
- Hands on with order management, processing , fulfilment
- Hybrid work mode (3 day office , 2 day home)
- Able to speak and write in Japanese to liaise with Japan's client who cannot speak english
- JLPTN1/N2 is required
- Proficient in translating from Japanese to English language
- Working hour 7.30am-4.30pm, able to work during Singapore PH (given off in lieu) so as to accomodate to Japan working day / time
