Your profile:
College or vocational diploma in administration or office automation with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar position;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Basic knowledge of accounting;
Knowledge of SAP or any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an asset;
Bilingual (French, English) both written and spoken;

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to SSTI Canada located in Hamilton, Mirabel and Montreal;
Establish and maintain SSTI Canada operations budget, monthly forecasts, create Excel spreadsheets, compile reports, analyze budget and make recommendations;
Collaborate with the finance teams in Hamilton, Mirabel and Montreal, as well as the company's head office (CHQ);
Collaborate with the technical team on software license management;
Communicate with suppliers on commercial matters (payments, administrative issues);
Manage purchase requisitions and process invoices;
Create PowerPoint presentations;
Prepare and send IT department communications in French and English;
Support IT managers and make recommendations to improve working methods and increase efficiency;
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to optimize reports;
Review and update IT department SharePoint files;
Coordinate department business travel, expense claims, timesheets and vacation planner.

Mandatory criteria:
Criteria 1: Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program; (CGP)
Criteria 2: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada "Reliability" status (IMP: Security - no nato )
Criteria 3: Backcheck credit/criminal
Criteria 4: Bilingual in French and English
Criteria 5: College or vocational diploma in administration or office automation
Criteria 6: Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position
Criteria 7: Knowledge of SAP or any other enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is an asset;

Administrative Assistant - Information Technology
Start date: ASAP Due to security clearance requests, the start will potentially be around early to mid-August in order to proceed with the required processes.
Location: Mirabel, Quebec (2-3 days in hybrid)
Working conditions: 5 days - 40h per week
Duration for the long term-
Option 1: Permanent employee of Randstad Digital (GDC)
Option 2: 12 months with extension (flip to perm)
The position includes approximately 3 days per week for IT tasks and 2 days per week for operational administration (reports, presentations, budget).
This resource will work with 3 teams in 3 cities, specifically the following teams:
- BI (Power BI)
- Usage Support
- Analysts
