key responsibilities

- keeping things efficient by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- delivering timely responses to customer inquiries, keeping it all smooth and hassle-free.
skills
- fluent in Italian (C2) – native or advanced speakers, we need you!
- good English skills (B2) – able to communicate smoothly.
- excellent communication – you know how to chat with people in a friendly, professional way.
- experience in customer service? It’s a bonus!
- problem-solving skills – you’ll help our viewers with troubleshooting and system support.
