What You’ll Do:
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted partnerships by attending leadership meetings and providing invaluable industry insights and recruitment updates.
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.
- Travel across the UK to support interviews, assessments, and meet with hiring managers, fostering collaborative success.
Candidate Engagement
- Own the candidate journey, from sourcing high-potential talent to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.
- Use innovative sourcing strategies, from passive search to active networking, and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure top candidate ratios across all recruitment stages and maintain a standout social media presence to expand your candidate network.
Systems & Process Excellence
- Drive impeccable data integrity and 100% compliance with SLAs within our ATS.
- Lead by example with system administration, ensuring high-quality data and championing efficient workflows.
- Generate and manage assessments and personality profiles, upload them accurately, and leverage our talent communities for efficient candidate mapping.
Metrics & Insight (MI) Reporting
- Deliver timely, relevant MI reports and ensure adherence to SLAs, keeping key stakeholders informed with insightful data.
- Present KPI metrics with clarity to demonstrate recruitment success and strategy alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A growth-driven mindset with a "can-do" attitude and passion for innovation in recruitment.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and an inspirational communicator.
- Fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, German, English, or French to support our diverse client needs.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and an eye for new opportunities.
