key responsibilities
As an IT Systems and Operations Support Specialist, you will:
- Install and configure hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
- Monitor and maintain server systems and network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults, providing end-user support.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and MS Intune, and manage endpoint solutions.
- Maintain and debug software systems, ensuring their seamless integration and performance.
- Implement and maintain security devices and protocols (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
- Set up user accounts, profiles, and manage IT inventory effectively.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
qualifications
- A BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Expertise in:Microsoft Windows Servers and Virtualization (Hyper-V).
- Backup solutions, network topology, and Cisco devices.
- Cloud solutions and Microsoft Office tools.
- Hands-on experience with:Microsoft 365 and MS Intune administration.
- End-user problem resolution and IT helpdesk tools.
- Advanced proficiency in English, along with excellent troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
- Working knowledge of networking, security, and remote control technologies is preferred.
