- Provide technical support to users through face-to-face, phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Document and track support incidents accurately.
- Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and create guides.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or related.
- ITIL, Service Management, or HDI certifications a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
