about the job
- Provide technical support (onsite and offsite) for our retail locations and back office
- Set up new IT devices and ensure their proper functioning
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems and networks.
- Must have basic networking knowledge
- Handle back-end processes for opening new stores
- Manage inventory of IT devices
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors
- Evaluate and test hardware and software

This role reports to IT manager and working in a team of 3 IT engineer in Singapore
skills and experience required
- Excellent technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and devices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service oriented with a professional attitude
