key responsibilities
As an IT Support Administrator, you will be working as a member of an IT team of highly skilled IT professionals and your duties will be the following:
- IT troubleshooting on computers, printers, scanners, mobile and desk phones
- Desktop/Laptop setup
- Monitor the service desk tickets and provide assistance to the users
- IT point of contact for the local office users
- Support and train the users on video conferencing and team collaboration tools
- Support users on mobile phones and corporate apps
- Support the local IT team members
- Handle IT team administrative tasks
- Vendors and suppliers’ relationship
- Inventory tracking
- Sharepoint administration
experience
-1 year of experience
qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
- MS Office knowledge
- Experience of drafting clear and comprehensive documentation
- Experience in Jira Service Management would be a plus
- Completed military obligations, if applicable
