key responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide exceptional support to employees.
- Install and configure software and hardware (PCs, laptops, tablets, mobiles, printers).
- Set up user accounts and manage Windows Active Directory permissions.
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 applications (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps).
- Maintain detailed internal documentation for inventory and IT procedures.
experience
2+years of experience
qualifications
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar IT administrator position.
- Proficiency in Windows environments and Office 365 setup/configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and proactive thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
