■ 5+ years of IT Service Management experience, including 3+ years in system monitoring and incident management.
■ Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices. Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
■ Able communicate with engineers in English regarding system incidents and clearly explain the situation to non-engineering business teams (operations, sales, etc.).
■ Language Proficiency: Fluent Japanese and Business-level English required.
