1.Lead end-to-end solution discussion and definition activities for SAP implementation projects within production delivery.
2.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and partner team centrally and locally to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables. And ensure that the global ERP templates are followed.

3.Take lead in all phases of SAP projects initiatives, Change Requests deployment from scoping, effort estimation, planning, execution, risk management, go-live and support.
4.Apply your expertise in the Production System to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes.
Provide expertise on SAP best practice architectures & technologies as support for the deployment teams in RTR part
5.Design functional & technical SAP S/4HANA solutions (incl. integration with Eco systems) based on business & IT requirements as IT process lead in RTR
6.Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project goals.
7.Responsible for maintaining and improving BPCS ERP overall operational efficiency of the enterprise
8.Engaging in the global cross-functional blueprinting of the new ERP eco-system to drive realization.
技能和经验要求
1.Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university. Prefer master’s degree in business or relevant systems/IT subject from an accredited institution
2.Over 12 years working experience with at least 8 years of proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects within the record to report area. Preferred with consulting firm experience
3.Profound experience as solution consultant/architect in SAP transformation or compara-ble projects.
4.In-depth knowledge of technologies (incl. cloud) and functionalities in SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems with integration experience in RTR area.
5.Extensive knowledge of global template processes for one or multiple process domains (e.g., Record to Report). With strong knowledge in China finance regulation and laws, tax policies.
6.Relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications.
7.Sufficient English skill is a mandatory. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
8.Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment.
9.Excel in effectively communicating across multiple levels of the organization locally and globally.
