3.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of SAP Plan to execution and IBP process and tools
4.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they effectively use the IBP tools
5.Challenge necessity of process deviations and be a strong advocate for standardization.
6.Track project milestones, deliverables to ensure successful project completion within scope, time constraints.
7.Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project goals.
8.Responsible for maintaining and improving BPCS ERP overall operational efficiency of the enterprise, leading TSA exit from 3M.
9.Support whole project lifecycle include test, cutover, migration and hypercare for end-to-end process domain as an IT P2X process Lead.
10.Working across the function to ensure successful and timely exit from relevant TSA’s (Transitional Service Agreements) in China & Hong Kong
技能和经验要求
1.Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university. Prefer master’s degree in business or relevant systems/IT subject from an accredited institution
2.Over 12 years working experience with at least 8 years of proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects within the Plan to execution area. Prefer with consulting firm experience.
3.Profound experience as solution consultant/architect in SAP transformation projects in P2E or IBP area
4.Extensive knowledge of global template processes for one or multiple process domains (e.g., Plan to Produce).
5.Relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications.
6.Sufficient English skill is a mandatory. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
7.Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment.
8.Excel in effectively communicating across multiple levels of the organization locally and globally.
