Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests from employees via phone, email, and voicemail
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, network, and mobile device issues
- Document incidents and track solutions to improve efficiency
- Assist employees with IT onboarding and setup of new devices
- Adapt to new technologies and evolving IT processes
- Participate in special IT projects and provide after-hours support on rotation
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate or professional services setting
- Bilingual (French & English) – strong communication skills required to support professionals
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word 2024, Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and document management systems
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills – knowing how to communicate professionally is key!
- Ability to manage urgent tasks, prioritize issues, and provide a seamless user experience
