 ● Oversee and manage production system control, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
 ● Handle and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
 ● Manage and control the upgrade, optimization, and iteration of production systems.
 ● Oversee release management, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of updates and new features.
 ● Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance production control processes.
 ● Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as necessary to meet demand.
 ● Ensure China IT has the required capacity to drive and execute remediation efforts.
 ● Mentor and manage a team of production control staff, ensuring alignment with department goals and objectives.

技能和经验要求
 ● Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field；
 ● At least 12 years of experience in IT function, at least 6 years of experience in IT Production Control；
 ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills；
 ● Extensive knowledge of production control processes and best practices；
 ● Excellent communication and leadership abilities；
 ● Proven ability to establish and maintain effective control processes and culture.
