We are seeking an experienced IT Manager specializing in Operation Excellence and Automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, process optimization, and automation technologies.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the IT department and across the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline IT and/or Operations workflows and increase efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendor in the design and implementation of automated solutions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes and automation solutions.
• Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in process improvement and automation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in IT and with experience in managerial duties and proven experience in IT project management, process improvement, and automation in sizable companies.
• Candidate with Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Strong knowledge of process optimization methodologies and tools.
• Experience with automation technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow automation.
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) a plus.
